HOW WE WORK

as a subcontractor, WEEYACOM has performed services for:

USAID/Egypt

o   Data Quality Assessment (DQA): Provided leadership for a large DQA for the USAID/Egypt Mission, under the Services to Improve Performance Management, Enhance Learning and Evaluation (SIMPLE) activity, implemented by QED. Weeyacom provided the Co-Team Leader for this task order.

o   Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) training: Providing leadership for a year-long training task order for the USAID/Egypt Mission, under SIMPLE, implemented by QED. Weeyacom is providing the Co-Team Lead for this task order to design and conduct innovative MEL training.

USAID/BANGLADESH

o   Performance Management Plan: Provided leadership for the PMP development of this highly integrated Country Development Coordination Strategy in a virtual COVID-19 environment.

the Department of DefenSe

o   Assessments, Monitoring and Evaluation training:  Providing leadership and technical staff for an Assessments, Monitoring and Evaluation training: the DSCA Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AM&E) Security Cooperation Support Services, Functional Category 2–AM&E Training, implemented by McKellar Corporation. Weeyacom is providing senior technical Training Specialists and the technical Team Lead for this task order.
